The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the major sites and the center of the old town. It was also conveniently close to bus stops for transportation to other castles. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations with a great selection of food. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance and even driving guests to the train station. Breakfast is enjoyable with a variety of options including fruit and croissants. Lovely room decor with a tastefully designed balcony.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sintra. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, close to some amazing monuments. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was charming, with lovely decor and a cozy dormer window. I especially loved the access onto the balcony, where I could enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast was also great, with some variation each day.

Our hostess and host were incredibly helpful, giving us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The room was beautifully designed and had all the comforts we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Sintra.

Our room had a damp and chilly atmosphere, making it uncomfortable to stay in. the walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring room, which was not pleasant.

Our family had a wonderful stay in a charming guest house. It was conveniently located right in the historical center, making it easy to visit the nearby monuments. The daily breakfast had a delicious variety of options and there was even a free all-day tea and cake offering. The location, decor, and service were all top-notch.

There was a minor issue with a leak in another room that caused a stain on the wall. However, the staff were quick to address the issue and were very apologetic about the inconvenience.
